The Bud Fathers Membership Agreement
This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is made effective as of Acceptance date, by and between The Bud Fathers, a non-profit Cannabis Social Club ("Club"), and the applicant, ("Member").
1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 Membership Eligibility: Membership is granted subject to verification that the Member is of legal age (18+) and a legal resident of South Africa.
1.2 By signing this Agreement, the Member agrees to comply with all the terms and conditions hereafter outlined and any amendments made hereafter by the Club.
2. Membership Responsibilities
2.1 Compliance with Laws: The Member agrees to abide by all local, national, and international laws regarding cannabis use, possession, cultivation, and distribution.
2.2 Personal Consumption: The Member acknowledges that cannabis provided by the Club is for personal consumption only, not for resale or distribution.
2.3 Participation in Activities: Members may be asked to participate in cultivation, maintenance, or educational activities as deemed necessary by the Club.
3. Privacy Policy
3.1 Data Collection: The Club will collect and store personal data necessary for maintaining membership records, compliance with legal requirements, and communication purposes.
3.2 Data Use: Personal data will not be shared with any third parties without the Member’s explicit consent, except as required by law.
3.3 Data Protection: The Club commits to protecting Member's data against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction.
4. Consumption Rules
4.1 On-Site Consumption: Cannabis consumption is allowed only in designated areas within Club premises. Smoking outside these designated areas is strictly prohibited.
4.2 Responsible Use: Members must consume cannabis in a responsible manner, adhering to the guidelines set forth by the Club to ensure safety and respect for all members and staff.
5. Fees and Dues
5.1 Membership Fees: The Member agrees to pay membership fees as prescribed by the Club’s fee structure. Fees are subject to change with prior notice from the Club.
